- Foster caring is supported through state-level schemes.
- Out of 33 states, 6 states have no foster care system execution at all, namely Delhi, Goa, Haryana, Uttarakhand, etc.
- 26 provinces have foster care policies– but no proper execution.
- Various states has a different approach.
- 3000 Rs per month– to foster parent in Gujarat (Highest provision)
